Hi guys,
I read the other day that Durrr apparently deposited 40$ and got down to 15$ before never losing his initial investment and grinding his way up.
I'm sure it's possible, although I take it with a pinch of salt when a pro tells the tale of his beginnings, but what are your experiences when starting out?
I used to deposit the odd 25$ when I played on and off for a while and lost it every time. Now I'm giving it a proper go (with proper bankroll amounts) and whilst I've improved massively, to the point of losing over 2/3 of my initial 300$, I'm only now starting to turn a profit.
I mean Dwan was doing this in 2004 when it was definitely a lot easier online, but have I just been pissing money away being some retarded slow learner or is this about normal?
If I bust out again I'll happily start again in the New Year but I think I've nailed the basics of grinding out a slow profit at micro stakes now and it's only up from here! I hope...
