Default Moving all in on turn with 8 outs...

I had QsAd off suit, i raise from the botton after a couple people limp in. UTG is the only person that calls my raise..

Broad Came Qd Jc 7h rainbow. Guy UTG leads out with a bet of 3/4 the pot, i call.

Turn card is a Ks... guy leads out with a bet of 100% of the pot. (He bet $400, he had another $400 behind)

I put him on top two pair (Q-J) due to pre-flop action and action so far. at this point i figure i have 7 outs to the win, TTTT and AAA. I move all in, guy calls after about 3 minutes of thinking. I hit a 10 on the river. Guy did have QJ as i thought.

Was this a suckout? I kind of think it was but the guy was really nice about the whole thing. After wards i kind felt like a bad move because he only had another $400 behind and their was $1000 in the pot.

You did suck him off for sure as he was the favourite before the river, but it was pretty standard, and well the correct play IMO would be to raise the flop and see where you stand, you had top pair, top kicker right? That way you find out exactly where you are in the hand and see if he is just trying to buy the pot by betting out. It wasn't a bad suck off or anything as you had a fair few outs.

I have to agree with fielden here. I think you sucked him off quite badly!! I would be fuming!! I hope you made it up to him and took him to dinner or something.
