Playing some micro cash games combining Hansens card value approach with Aces @ 14 etc with Negraneu's small ball tactics to quite good effect.
Current stats for tonight say 19/167 hands played.
2 won at showdown 25 without going to showdown.
Pretty nice stats - am stealing blinds cheaply and easy folds if someone bites back at me.
Both showdows were hug hands where I trapped after hitting the nuts.
Its been an enjoyable night where I have been able to keep my stack while waiting for the big hands.
I rarely play cash games but am getting into it.

Played for for hours on 2 5/10c.
Quit after my KK went down to QQ when they made a straight. Interesting thing was with the small ball approach it only cost me about $1.50 after they reraised me from 20c to 80c pre flop.

If I wasn't playing low ball with that rag flop I woulda shoved them and been called by QQ after a rag flop and sucked out for a bundle.
The night finished with $31.40 on one table and $6.20 on the other.
The $6.20 is still interesting because I never hit a big hand there and made a 20% profit purely by staying ahead of the blinds with the small ball approach,
Interested in hearing about others who play the small ball.
I can't use it for tournaments but seems a winning approach to cash games.

What did you buy-in for the night you won $31.40?
