Default Put them on flushes but called anyway

Put both villains on flushes at the turn when I had 2 pair but called anyway hoping to steal a big pot with a full house.

Worth a shot or total waste of money?

Fold Preflop, you're oop postflop with a junk hand.
Flopbet is too small for a wet board like this one, 1k is better, but you could already be beat by stronger J's. Generally you should bet 50-100% of the pot. Bigger side when more draws are on the board (and this one is drawy), less when there is draws.
Turnbet sizing is lolwut, it telegraphs to your opponents you're weak and serves no purpose for you. You're not getting value from weaker hands, nor are you bluffing anyone out. Calling turnraise is good since you actually have good odds to try to boat it.
