Default Would you have called / Did I make the right decision?

    Tournament final table, blinds 2,000/1,000

My Stack 9,000 + 2,000 Big Blind (sharing shortest stack with one other guy)

    cards dealt ... Pocket

Everyone pretty much folds... Asian guy in middle position pushes me to go all-in... I shoved... He had ... he hit his ace on the flop!

Now, did I play that right? or should I have folded.

The hand before, I folded and guy in middle won with pocket 4's!

20 players I came 6th... top 5 get paid gutted

You absolutely made the right play. Folding there would be beyond dumb. You had less then 6 BB's. Why would you want to fold QQ? I don't even know why you're asking this question. LOL, it's common sense.

Should have been all in with the 77 aswell. At this point in the tournament, you can't fold PP's and wait for something better. The only way I would fold the 77 is if the other short stack is at risk. Position and other factors come into play on the 77 hand, but I couldn't see myself folding that at this point with such a low stack.

    Default update

played another tournament tonight ... got to final table again - blinds 4,000 - 2,000 BB on me.. dealt pushed all in 24,000 + BB .. One caller (was fast to call) .. turned his cards to pocket aces! I was gutted. Can't remember the flop but I know at the river all I needed was a five for the straight, but he won with his pocket aces.

    finished 6th out of 24.

I'd feel that QQ was the hand I was holding out for to shove on and be pleased someone had put some chips in for me to add to my stack

Another situation played tight all the way though a 2,500 double chance tournament down to 2 tables from 6 currently 13 players left from 40.. on the button with pockets Ace's blind 1,200 / 600 I raise 5,000 total... Fold/Call/Call/Fold/Fold/Fold Flop 9h Kd 2s .. Me All-in .. Call / fold - he turns K/J .. Rivers a King! Getting really annoyed that this s__t play now.. Was his call justifiable?

I then went on tilt after loosing alot of my stack and went out 3 hands after the ACES! I hate poker.
