    Villains chip stack has fluctuated wildly. Seen him trap a couple of times but also check raise with nada.

    I had been plodding along with a standard TAG game.

    You acquired reads and used them for your benefit. Even if he traps, the times you win are going to outweigh the times you lose here.

    Would I call here? It's all about risk vs. reward in these games. You definitely don't need to, but if you have a read than I don't think it's bad or spewy at all.

    It's good to take notes on what hands/situation you see him do this in, because you could go much wider here like pocket 66s+ and some king/queen hands, maybe like K9/QJ+.
