Question, what hand range and what position qualifies as an attempt to steal the blind? How strong or how weak must the hand be to make it a steal attempt or just playing quality cards?

Button or right before the button, everybody else folds to you, you raise. That is a button steal. You don't even half to look at your cards, as they don't matter because it will appear as a steal to the blinds.
I will frequently reraise blind steals with crap like 46o and the like, just to see what they are made of.Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.
