well, it depends on how you have been playing the s/g. if you raised only a couple times and shown down good hands i would fold.

for me im normally raising everything and they would do this with a5 or Q2 lol. its a tough spot though. also how he has been playing has something to do with my decision. you can fold here and still be fine with 1300

    Making a play? You're either a 60% fav, a coinflip, or 25-30% dog. If you're lucky, you're a 75% fav. Easy fold.

What exactly are the blinds? It also depends a lot on your table image. It is possible this play he was just looking to get action with his big hand and hoped u hit the flop or he thinks you are stealing it. If the blinds are big enough you may need to push either way.

    the blinds are exactly 50/100

your raise was not fishy it was standard.

I think blind vs blind I would call this.

There are 8 people left. There's a long way to go until you get heads up. Why make a call like this now on, what many times is a coinflip or 3:2, at best? That's retarded. Why? You win this hand, make the same call on the next orbit and you're gone or crippled.

Why go broke with a hand like this when you still have 7 people to pass to win? Not to mention, you're still 8 handed if you win this hand and you'll have the chip lead, but you can still get crippled in one hand. I wouldn't call here with AQ or TT, let alone AJ.

Just noticed that it's a 3 table SnG and I'm guessing that you have 20-24 more people to pass to money in a spot that is worthwhile. Would you make this call with 20-25 left to go before a real money finish in an MTT with a slightly below average-average stack? Bonch goes broke many times with this call to make this call.

I guess there is like 15, 16 or 17 people. Knowing the blinds, 1300 is still ok. The only thing you can really use to make your decision is your table image and his table image.

Your table image is in the heads of everyone else and you don't know it unless you test it and with his stack as it is, I doubt that he's tested it, not to mention the constant table swapping, and the reality that most players are bad and play their cards while disregarding their opponent.
