What is a good Preflop agression rate for pokertracker? Also, what does the number for post flop agression mean. I don't think it is a percent, can't figure out what it is.

The aggression factor is a rating and your PFR% is up to you. Everyone's different. Mine in NL ring play is 8-9%, but others are consistently winning players around 5-6%, and some are consistent winners at 4-5%. It's really upto you and situations determine how aggressive you should be. I have sessions where at one table, my PFR% is around 3% and 12% on another.
In SnG's, anything under 15% is really unacceptable IMHO. Mine fluctuates in the 30-35% range.

Mine is just under 8.0 at cash tables. NLHE of course

I play LLH, and i accidentally turned on my stats in GT+ (again) last night, and scared theshit out of myself byfore I realized it was me... I rarely look at those numbers for myself anymore, just my VPIP over the last 250-500 hands to make sure i havent gone nuts lately. My stats popped up and I paniced for a sec, my VPIP is 18%, PFR 9%, Aggro is 3.1, WSD 38%, and W$SD is 62%.

Thats a maniacal number, I can only hope you have a <10% VPIP and an almost equal PFR with a low WSD, but high W$w/oSD
