    Default good bluffs

im quite new to poker, im ok with conservative preflop play, but overplay TPTK on streets or make calls with over pair to find out hes got low trips, im winning with good runs then im loosing with bad play wich starts with bad beat or my crazy call. any advice ? please
other thing is im realy bad at bluffing, its says all in books how and when etc, but now there are so many good players around even at low stakes, multitableing , all in players and sharks they allways raise limpers or on the button and dont get called or they win on flop, but for me never works i allways get cought, so now i scared make plays in good position or 2 limpers, and my aggresion suffers. any advice on that?
    thanks

If you're new to poker then I suggest you don't bluff. Or when you do, do it only to steal blinds when your in good position with a decent hand. Also, try playing more tight and aggressive and never mind the bad beats. If you play long enough and well enough, the volume will eventually take over and you'll still be a winner overall, regardless of the bad beats.
