would you fold

Yup...throw it away. Probably should have punished him more on the flop and turn.
Bean181818: some guy came up just grabbed my hand and starting massaging it, since it wasn't you, i told him to fuck off
xcrunman02: yeah only I can do that, i don't need some gook trying to get with my life partner
Bean181818: i've been faithful
xcrunman02: me too
Bean181818: peck tried to get all this but i told him this was all taken, all of it!

Raise a lot more on the flop and the turn, you are pricing in a call.
Fold the river.
Remember, I suck at NL ring games though.

blind rage.
1] All-in at flop.. he's had a crack at your blinds - you have to show him you know where the all-in button is or he will make your life miserable. He will fold and won't do it again
2] If you do find yourself on the river with a flop this threatening.. and a fishy bet like $5... Call or Re-raise.... The odds that he's hit are small...
Maybe I'm too aggresssive sometimes...See me playing $10/$20NL like it was play money

yea fold, but don't go allin on the flop. I think you're play on the flop is a good one, I think I would have pushed hard on the turn. But he's not betting strong enough to try to get you out on the river, unlikely it's a bluff.

:)
The odds that he's hit the full house are about 1 in 150.
He's probably got ace high ..he may have 99 or better....If he has a pair over the 88 he will call your re-raise..
I would put him on ace high..
He is attacking your blinds.....the community cards have got into your head
Obviously it is possible he has the Jack.... but it is more probable that he doesn't.. the pot odds and his position and aggression of preflop bet favour a call...
Even if he has the Jack he MUST see that you won't be pushed around...a str8 inthe absence of a flush is a very good hand...
Please tell me you called and we have an answer...................................See me playing $10/$20NL like it was play money

Where do you get 150:1?
AJ, KJ, QJ, J6, J5, J4, J3, J2 - each 8 ways = 64 total
JJ - 1 way
JT, J9, J7 - each six ways - 18
J8 - 4 ways -
Total 87 ways to have a Jack. There are 990 remaining combinations of cards he could have. 990/87 11.3/1 = or 10.3:1 odds that he has a Jack in his hand, 990/170 or 4.8:1 he has a Jack of an 8. The fact is is betting and calling makes it more likely.
It all depends on the player.
I don't like a river raise, but a call isnt bad, you are right he could be doing this with a lot of hands. You have to win a little less than 50% to be profitable.

He obviously wasn't speaking mathematically. It was a bit of a hyperbole. What he's trying to say is it's very unlikely that this player has a jack or an eight.
Now its my turn to be a nit!

..
Hi Be,
150 :1
I cheated... I went to pokertracker. Looked at recent database with 16000 hands in it. Went to miscellaneous. Then looked at the number of times I'd hit a full house when I saw the flop (i.e when I had an above average hand) I got a fh 82 times... 16000/82 = 197... give or take a bit an 'optimistic' probabilty of hitting a full house is about 1 in 150... I could refine it but I think its close enough....See me playing $10/$20NL like it was play money

It isn't close enough, you would need to look at how many times there were boats on double paired boards.
