Even though I know the image of this player, I think you should bet here. Why would someone with only $5 left in a $10 pot check this river if he had a 7 or a flush? I'd bet him all-in.

I'll rule out AJ, as people are more likely to raise the flop with TPTK than with a flush draw, second pair in the hole, or a set. Clearly, this is a check. and is more player dependent than anything. Betting less than $5 is pretty retarded because you're not folding to a raise because you inflated the pot with whatever you bet, not to mention that you just bet $3 on the turn. You'd need to win this hand more than 25% of the time when you consider the possibility of a set on the flop or on the turn with the money that you might've put in with the worst hand. I'd've played this similarly and checked on the river.
I smell 4's full, in all honesty, maybe a flush. I definitely think you're beat in this spot.
