Even though I know the image of this player, I think you should bet here. Why would someone with only $5 left in a $10 pot check this river if he had a 7 or a flush? I'd bet him all-in.

Yea bet his last $5, unless he is the player that would fold that but raise if you made it like $2...

    Check.

What could he have that you can beat?
    AJ
    KJ
    QJ
    JT
    TT

What could he have that beats you?
    AsQs
    AsTs
    As9s
    As8s
    Any form of A7
    As6s
    As5s
    As3s
    As2s
    KsQs
    KsTs
    JJ
    77
    44
    99

I'll rule out AJ, as people are more likely to raise the flop with TPTK than with a flush draw, second pair in the hole, or a set. Clearly, this is a check. and is more player dependent than anything. Betting less than $5 is pretty retarded because you're not folding to a raise because you inflated the pot with whatever you bet, not to mention that you just bet $3 on the turn. You'd need to win this hand more than 25% of the time when you consider the possibility of a set on the flop or on the turn with the money that you might've put in with the worst hand. I'd've played this similarly and checked on the river.

I smell 4's full, in all honesty, maybe a flush. I definitely think you're beat in this spot.
