The following is probably my worst aspect of poker. If I lead into the pot PF, after the flop, after the turn, and a guy JUST calls, I never know what to do on the river.

I have no idea why I bet what I bet. I figured if I checked, since he was CL, he'd try a big bluff, so I just thought I'd lead into him a little bit. I won, but I feel I played this horribly wrong.

whats he calling a 3000 bet on the river with?
sounds like you knew he had nothing, and you were right, though i'm not sure what the hell he's calling that river bet for. with that read, looks like you played it right, though i probly would have folded PF.
edit: derrrrr. just checked.
he's calling you with bottom pair on the river with no kicker at all? nice play.i hope you got more off him.

Your turn bet is vulnerable to the reraise (I'd have probably made a small bet on the ragged flop to find out where I stood, though I make a lot of small flop bets).
Your river bet is a reasonable defense against a bluff if you can laydown to a reraise, though it's not going to cause many people to laydown.

THis is a fold or raise hand. I dont like the PF call. You got a short stack that LIMPED. HES GOT CRAP, usually. Raise it 6000 right now, or whatever has him covered. Thats a standard size PF riase too. 4-5 bb's. The BB will muck (since the buttonis now facing elimination, only AA or KK becomes really playble here) and I'm gonna guess, 85% of the time the button will fold too.
4 handed is a NO LIMPING ZONE.
Of course, if hes shown the ability to limp/raise with a powerhouse, gotta be careful
.
Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.
