A I "MP?" I think I am.
This is a call because, you're looking at the $0.39 in the BB's hand and you should add those to the pot. When these people call raises PF, they call just about anything on the flop.
You flop a 4, you win $0.25+$0.39, at the least. Otherwise you lose $0.10
You're implied odds are at least 6.4:1 and if the CO has an overpair, you're gonna get a good deal more.

Yeah, alex, you're MP. Of course, I folded this PF and flopped the 4, which is made me think to post it.

I think it is 7.5:1 to flop a set, bit there is a good chance you can stack someone when you do. You can call about 5% of your or your opponents stack (whoever has the smallest stack).
