So I'm attempting to go from a 14/10 way of playing since I'm not winning nearly enough to make up for the boredom of playing that tight and predictable. I'm trying to play more of a 22/18 style opening up my range/stealing/3betting/ and double barreling more. The problem is that I'm spewing money like a mofo.

I am a limit player so take this for what it is worth.
1) vp$ip of 22% may be too loose for the micro stakes.
2) having a preset vp$ip/pfr that your trying to match is the wrong approach. Look for spots to open up your game and let's the stats fall where they do.
3) probably the most improtant is a 10k hand sample is way too small to judge your win rate.
Post some hands where you have questions about opening up your game

Always remember that the looser you play the greater your variance will be because your hands have significantly less odds to win and require much more aggression to show a profit. Instead of making a sudden dramatic increase in your vpip, try adjusting a little at a time.
