Hm, I think I would fold on the flop or the turn. But I play .5/.10 on Pokerstars and big bets there are usually better than top pair top kicker.

I've run KK into AA a few times lately. I can't remember the last time I had AA and ran into KK, but I'm sure that's happened too.
I think it's -EV to be folding KK pre-flop - and this is what Harrington says on the subject. It's just bad luck on your part, and variance.

It sucks but it's part of the game. Get the chips in with KK as much as possible and know you will show a great long term profit.

you were unlucky in that situation, obviously if the other guy didn't have AA you would have probably won that hand

I look at KK or AA preflop the same. Just the luckof the draw when someone hooks up with AA when you have KK!
No I do not always shove AA or KK preflop(slow learner!).

If you get dealt pocket Kings then I think the best strategy is to go on the offensive. You're very unlucky if an opponent around the table has pocket aces. Need to make the most of any opening pair when it comes your way.

If you have one preflop raiser and it's 100bb deep you pretty much have to try to get it in pre with KK, yes you will run into AA reasonably often but you are giving up a ridiculous amount of value if you flat or worse, fold KK pre.
