Heads-up play can be quite different from every other part of a tournament. Brokerstar's videos have severely improved my game. Watch the 4 "how we roll" videos. They aren't too long, but they show a very solid low-stakes strategy.

Thanks for the mention, I'm glad they are helping. I'm getting some help with my game from a HUSNG.com coach over the next few weeks before adding to the video series.
But when you're heads up at the end of a SNG the blinds are so high that you can go one of two ways.
1) If you feel that your opponent plays in a way that is exploitable then I'd suggest limping a lot in position and taking half pot stabs at lots of flops when your opponent checks to you.
2) If you or your opponent has less than 10bb (big blinds) then the effective stacks are less than 10 blinds. If your opponent is tough, aggressive or you feel plays better than you then you can profitably just shove a very wide range of hands and negate the post flop edge they may have.
For more info on open shoving hand ranges just do a Google search for 'Nash Equalibriam' which is an exact, unexploitable range of hands based on stack sizes.
But in all seriousness I find players at these limits are either a) stations which means you can limp/ value bet when you hit. b) Nit's and they'll fold to nearly every half pot bet making limp stabing the way to go, but beware that when they do call it is usually middle pair or better so dont keep firing unless you have a hand. Or c) Aggro monkeys in which case I slow play big hands and let them spew off or I employ the Nash Equalibriam.
Hope that helps.
Good luck
