What to do when a player (potentially a donk - I play micro stakes) check calls the flop, then shove the turn?
I.e. You have AQ on button, make your standard 3BB raise and BB calls. Flop comes QT3. They check, you bet half pot, they call. Turn comes K or J or something, and they just shove or make a massive 30BB bet. I never call to see, but is this them just trying to bluff on a scare card or do they think it's the best way to get value out of their completed gutshot?
Also, what if the turn doesn't appear to help them. I.e. same scenario but the turn gives a 2.
I've faced this scenario a few times and never known what to do, what do you think?

C/C Flop then shoving Turn?

Are they doing this over and over or just once? Without reads if its the first time I have seen them do it I may fold even at the micros. If I have seen them do it a few times or they are purely an aggro donk I will call.
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R
KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

I would fold most of the times but if it's the same person doing this over and over then at some point you need to call to see, with a strong hand of course. This could also be that the person is putting you on a continuation bet and is trying to take it away on the turn, but most people in the microstakes don't have that play in their arsenal. In both ocassions the person could be doing that with KQ and shove, which in one scenario has you dominated while in the other you are dominating him.

It's quite a general hypothetical situation.
As the others have said, do you have any reads? is he getting out of line often? have you played a few hundred hands with him and never seen him do it before? all of which should factor into your decision making.
Check calling then shoving the turn is an odd line for someone to take and it doesn't make much sense. So I guess as a generic answer I'd fold but would definatly be looking out for similar behavior and note taking.
If you could actually post hands where this has happened with the players stats etc, I could give you a better idea of how I may deal with said villain.
Good Luck

I usually have no reads on anyone at micro stakes.. They sit down for 20 minutes or so and then leave, and I never see them again. There was a situation the other day where the 'scare card' happened to be the card that gave me the 2nd nuts, so I obviously called. In this case he was just using the completed flush draw as a bluff I suppose, but it can't always be like that..
