Dont you EVER bet 1/2 pot on a flop like that with TPTK!

Honestly at NL5 without specific reads I probably just get it in on the turn.
Lots of good rakeback options at http://www.rakeguard.com/?raf=KRE8R

KRE8R probably has about seventy college funds in his NL5 roll.

personally id have put out a re-raise on the flop to see where i am at and help me distinguish if he def has an overpair or he just c-betting an A-K, A-Q. I don't see the point of just calling all the way if your not gonna play like you have the flush when it hits!?!

In the hand he would assume (from your play) u are either drawing, or possibly jacks or nines. Probably the reason for such a small river bet from him (didn't want to commit too much more when the flush hits). Coming over the top here, you will probably win you the hand, however at those stakes you probably would never get him to fold. He's maybe too attached to his over pair!!

yeah played it pretty crappy , was right to be cautious though thinking he had a big hand. just played like a idiot... again and yeah im not going over the top because hardly anyone folds Q-Q there.

Don't expect him to fold QQ here ever.

    Riken, you played fine.

    Expect a weak J here a lot.

Explain Kre8r, I am confused how calling flop getting it in on turn is ever a good idea here.

This seems like the worst turn in the world to stack off on as it makes him so many pair+SD and two pairs plus obvs he could have filled his gutter. I play this the same.

i wouldnt get it in on the turn though as MJ said opens up all sorts of two pairs and straights.
