Ouch. I don't think that this is an easy fold, but it's worth folding to a bad player. You can pick him off later. You can reload and still be in a position to take all of his money. That's what's one bright spot about a bad player having a short stack- when you face a hand like this.
Jeez. 4 players seeing the flop after your $5 raise. Talk about some Rodney Dangerfield action.
As much as a flush draw is a possibility, K9 is and bad players get good cards, too, so trips aren't out of the realm of possibility. In cash games, with TPTK and overpairs, I generally wanna take it down on the flop and stop the insanity unless I have a good read on a lead bettor that I have him dominated.
