If MP2 had trips on the flop or 88, I think he's coming over the top of you on the turn when you raise. I think he's overplaying an overpair here. Folding would be heavily player dependent, but I like your call on the flop, raise on the turn, and generally, I'm calling the $40 on the river.

Nines or Tens are what I'm seeing here. I think he'd come over the top of you with A5 here, not to mention he could very well have 55 and puts you on a good Ace drawing to your overcards and one of the dead 5's in his hole.
