You are indeed correct, and here is the hand (I might make some excuses for it later but bascily I played it like a twat) hand analysis / flaming welcome.

I can't talk, but I guess you should have raised preflop. Not that i would have made a difference, as there were two raises before you. With that flop you are in the shit. Unfortunately, like you, I just can't drop aces when I have more than one opponent and a scary flop. I would have check / folded on the flop, because I know what my luck is like with goddamn aces!!
I will now make another of my promises: Raise hard preflop. Bet hard postflop and fold if I get raised. Check/fold thereafter if someone bets. Is that a safe play with AA? Won't make much money, but equally won't lose 250 big blinds in one hand again."I like to play poker with tarot cards...I get a full house and four people die"

Yeah, I think you should 4-bet it preflop... by flatting, you're essentially pricing UTG in to call, but that means you're going to a flop against two opponents, which is not good for aces. Presumably since he's 3-betting an UTG raiser, UTG+2 has something big enough that he's going to call your 4-bet preflop, and probably your flop shove.

I would go so far as to say ship it all in as your 4-bet. You know you are ahead, there is a decent amount in there, and you really don't want to be in there against 2 people who have something. Give them something to really think about.
Of course I have a ways to go before I get to NL50 so take that with a grain of salt. I do know that getting my money in preflop with AA is essentially (weird tourney bubble moments etc aside) always good, so I would be pretty content to do it that way.
