Todays entry is about how isolation and avoidance can go wrong.
Read the full story hereIsolation gone wrong - Some players, in their quest to isolate the donks make the mistake of re-raising them pre-flop to drive out the other players. This is a great strategy to employ against manics (play a lot of pots and raise with a lot of hands). However, this is a terrible strategy to employ against your run of the mill loose player..........Avoidance gone wrong - Another problem players have, is letting good players run over them. If a strong player senses you're unwilling to mix it up with them, they will continually take the initiative, and raise your blinds or from late position to shut you out of the hand.
