implied odds are even more difficult to calculate in no limit and pot limit games, than in limit games. The reason, very few players will fold for one more betting unit (the pot is usually laying them too much money at this point to fold), which is the maximum you can bet or raise in limit poker. In no limit and pot limit the bets can be quite large, and river folds are more common.
