Hey, just thought that i'd see the opinion of you guys about what you do with K10 whether it be suited or not.
I hate the hand myself cos it always seems to get me in trouble no matter what i hit. I play short handed mainly (5-6 people) in cash games and i like to just flat call with it but this could be why it hurts me. Should i be in there raising when suited and just folding them otherwise?
When that 10 hits it can really burn..
Any thoughts?

NL Question - K10 on or off

Need a littel more info. Stakes, type of players, Limits, etc.
When you say flat call, do you mean limp or cold call a raise with it?
What position are you playing it?
Can't be I'm not a sage of NL ring, especially shorthanded, but I'll throw out my .02. First KTo maybe playable at your table, but maybe not, probably not. KTs, does have some value to it though. Kinda need to play it like you would with Axs, for TPGK, set or flush value. Personally, It's a raise or fold hand, usually a fold. But that really depends on what the table looks like each time you get it.Marm is back, maybe. Been off for 3 years. Rusty as Hell.

mainly on the .25/.50 up to 1/2 with pretty tight but not great players. I like what you say about playing like the Ax though. I'm talking really from late position, or getting in on the BB. A lot of the players aren't raisers and i think thats why i get in trouble.

a bit
In late, tight tables 0.5/1 ish it's worth having a crack at the blinds with ( the king is a pretty good one on one)..if it hits you may take out limpers with PP's. If you sense any aggression or confidence on your flop bet - its probably time to drop - but it depends who you are up against.
It's one of these hole cards where you can do immense damage. If you hit the nut str8 you can stack quite a few ppl. Typically AQJ falls on the flop and if you have preflop raised and got a response many would follow an all-in with AK, AQ, AJ. 9T or trips.
Suited adds some more outs which is nice but I'm not sure my betting pattern would change much just because it was suited.See me playing $10/$20NL like it was play money

KT is pretty easy to play. im folding KTo most of the time
open raise KTs from late mp/CO/button
limp behind a bunch of limpers
late position ill call up to 3x. probably come along in blinds if a few others are in
depends on table if im folding KTs utg/ep. most i will fold
post flop. if you raised pf, take a stab at it. if you picked up oesd/flush draw, take a stab at it. if you hit a K/T, bet and try to take it down. im checking turn if i dont improve or didnt nail the flop.
you arent really playing for top pair. you really just want to try and draw cheap or pick up a small pot on the flopit's better to be pissed off than pissed on
