I don't really know what you are asking. The call is fine. You picked up a few bucks. I don't even know what to say.

You may not have made any extra money from raising pre-flop, but come on, you gotta! I am a firm supporter that you ALWAYS raise pre-flop with AA.

Why? There are plenty of situations where a call is good. I particularly like it here because of the table conditions. Tight players will be playing premium hands, and if they're weak, bonch will be able to push them out. You see that's what he did on the turn. Raising pre-flop would ahve lost him money here. The SB bet out due to no raising pre-flop.

Only trouble with the turn bet is that there are few hands that are calling you that you beat (particularly if weak/tight).
I'd call the 0.75 bet and hope for a small bet to call on the river or make a small bet myself if check confident that I'm not getting reraised unless beaten.
However you took it down before it went really wrong with the potential flush so not a bad play by any means.

AQ probably calls me on the turn. Probably some drawing hands(incorrectly) I should have said weak tight preflop. I can defiantely get some calls on the turn/river.

With a read on your opponents that specific, you don't need my advice.

If this had been a tournament... I beat you with a stick. I'm starting to force myself to slow down a little bit from EP with the monsters PF in ring though. If you think this was the right move for the best EV, then yay!. The biggest flaw in the AA limp is thd suckout factor. You're letting in a bunch of crap that can now easily killyour AA quicker than other big hands. But, If you think raising PF from EP will only pick up the blinds, then its probably more priftable to limp....

Minimum raise is the minimum bet with AA especialy in small stakes games.
you wont kick anybody out of the hand with that raise, and you'll build a bigger pot...
Please stop to limp AA and any other hand. NL is a game of agression and if you cant raise just throw your hand down... unless you have a plan!

I've reserved myself from this thread to see some reaction first, but you've gotta at least make an effort to knock out the blinds raising it to $0.75. If the button's loose, I'll raise it to $1-$1.50 here and make it look like I'm bluffing. He'll expect me to check the flop and call with any two cards and I can come over the top when he attempts the steal on the flop.
The only harmless flop when the blinds see the flop without a raise would've been one with an Ace. I like the way you played out the hand, though. If you're gonna slowplay Aces in the CO, this is how you wanna play the hand. Keep the pot small, but make sure that you're still in control of the hand.
