(just editing, because line-break wasn't working without javascript)
add: we were on the bubble
I had about 1200 chips on big blind right after blinds were up to 100/200
everyone folds to the button who goes all-in with 1000 chips
I called with K6 for 4 reasons:
1) I was already in a dangerous position
2) If I survive, people will wait better hands before trying to still my blinds (then I'll know they have good hands if they raise)
3) Unless he had KK or AA, I'd still have around 30% chances winning
4) Most important: I think his all-in in this situation would be correct with Q high (in fact, any two cards), so I called with K6 hoping I wasn't dominated
In fact he had K2 and we tie
Do you think that's a bad decision?
Another thing I could do would be to wait he steal the blinds and then try to steal the blinds from the big blind when I'm the button with any hands (because I couldn't wait to get blinded out)
But then maybe someone would call/raise before me, or I'd have a crap hand

Fold and wait until you've got some fold equity to steal the blinds which add 25% to your stack.

Depends. If the average stack is like 60k then yeah they'll call you lighter, if it's 3-4k then it's still a big hit from their chips to call you.
