Play more pots against the fish, they make more mistakes, we make more money?
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

this is the obv answer.......id dig deeper and really ask WHY???

the poker world has turned into a LAGfest so imo u have to be capable of outLAGging everyone or going bigtime TAG on their asses.

and because im not good at writing what im thinking, i cant get the words out as to why i think u shouldnt be asking this question if u feel u need to actually ask it.

I kind of agree with you Dee, the LAG style is over-rated, but playing too tight at 6max is going to hurt your winrate I think.

This is what I found. At NL10, playing tight was my best option as they just seemed to throw their money at me, NL25 however is proving to be more troublesome with a lot more folders. I felt a slightly looser style would help. It's actually been working pretty well other than a few bad beats but they're inevitable.

I never really saw J8 as a raising hand before, but I realise how important isolation is now and that you can pick up a lot of small pots with no hand what-so-ever against the right opponents.

Edit: Steal attempt used to be 20%, now standing at 30% with my slightly looser approach. I find people reraising me now when I've got monster hands whereas previously they would always seem to just fold.

    ats 20 is way too low for 6max, when i'm 17/14 its 25 but 22/18 strays 30-33

You want att. steal to be high, it shows you're aiming to play lots of hands in position. I think mine tends to be about 35% just now, but anything over 25% is probably fine.

I agree- playing tight at NL10 was my best option at Cake poker (only site i played micros at) because donks would shove with just about anything.

I agree- When I played loose at NL20 on Cake poker (only site i played micros at) worked because alot of times there try to interperet the same style and if you reraise there asses (doesn't even have to be alot) they will fold, guaranteed. If you run into a 3 bet, watch out, probably got a hand on you.

Any hand can be a raising hand just as long as you play it right and have the BALLS to FOLD (yeah i know, makes no sense, but perfect sense at the same time) And know when to reraise and steal.

Cake poker is deifnately the site (red poker, sportsbook, players only) is the place to do these kinds of things especially at the micros and escpecially at the right time. I used to OWN playing nl20 on cake and using the same techniques as mentioned above. IF you follow exactly as you posted, you should be alright. KEEP IN MIND --- more and more sharks are starting to play at cake because the rumor is out "Cake is FULL of ClassA Donkeys." So watch out and make sure its a donkey making a retarded move and not a shark making a CLASS A move on your ass.

I RECOMMEND CAKE POKER FOR ANYONE TRYING OUT NEW TECHNIQUES AND ABOVE ALL POT STEALING. I FOUND OUT THAT IF YOU TRY THESE TECHNIQUES ELSEWHERE YOU CAN RUN INTO PROBLEMS AND GET OVER RUN, THINKING YOU ARE RIGHT, BUT IN THE SAME MIND-SET, NOT BEING RIGHT AT ALL.

GL AND KNOW WHEN TO FOLD IS THE KEY.
