straight 2 nofoldem where most stay to the river.. i have pocket 10's dh preflop 8 players go to $6
flop comes 9s , 10s , 8s , i raised, was reraised TWICE, bet ended up at $6 for everyone to go to the next round...
turn is 7c
i bet, was reraised TWICE AGAIN, and.. FOLDED, when it was just $4 to call
river was a 9d
i folded a full house.. all the raisers where on draws that MISSED.. this was a table where practically every hand that i had seen was MADE on the river there where flush possibility, straight possibilty, even a straight flush possible.. was i correct in folding top pair in the facxe of all this? was i just too scared? should i have made it $8? after this hand my game just fell apart and was in no mind set to continue..

In my opinion you throw it away on the flop. If there's that much betting you should assume that someone has a flush or a strait. You have 8 outs, and if you dont catch one your gonna take a big hit. Throw it away while the pot is small.
On the other hand, after you decided to call the flop, you should have called the river as well. Calling the flop you pretty much know you must make a full house to win the pot. So if you called there you should take it on down to the river.
This is how I would have played it, but i'm no pro...

I think you call this down.
You have 7 outs to the boat or better on the flop, and 10 on the turn.
You had plenty of odds to call it down.

I'm calling the turn if 6 are stayign to the river every hand..

you fold it on the flop or carry it down to the river for the cheapest possible price...
no fold on the turn here for sure...

I agree with what has been said here, you have to call this all the way down after calling on the flop. No use in getting rid of it on the turn.
