For 100BB's, you can never fully find out enough information to fold a possible set over set. Stacking off in those situations can be all sorts of hands, and set over set is definitely a cooler. Very deep and against certain tight solid regs (yet to see one) folding is an option, but it should be armed with a lot of information.
At 2/4 you should be playing a lot of regs, you need to datamine a lot and understand each regs lines for sets/draws/one pair hands etc, and exploit those lines in your play.
