I was talking to a more experienced player on CardRunners and asked if we could swap a HH from a session. CardRunners has an excellent hand replayer, so I tried to setup my Red Kings session on there, but the format wasn't supported, so I logged into Full Tilt last night to record a session. I had two tables, and the other one I played pretty solid, so I thought I'd post this one, which is far more spewy. If you have a CR account it's here:
CardRunners
If you don't I've just attached the normal FTP logs, should be importable into PokerTracker or any other replayer software.
This certainly isn't a tutorial type post, it's more of a critical review type thing, and I would love for other people to have a look and analyse the session, and for others to start posting sessions up too, any level. I'm not sure if people are comfortable posting these things publicly, but thought I'd give it a shot.

NL25 session review
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

I saw the first 25 or so hands. The 22 is a bit spewy, I don't think cbetting into 2 folk is a good idea without reads on that board and double barrelling is very bad imo.
Also I would 3bet both of those TT hands, the flop can bring too many overs which you c/f to and so you need to take a lead in the hand. If you have reads they only raise the nuts then fine, play for a set, but without it you may aswell just 3bet. People don't 4bet bluff at 25nl.For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

22 is horrible, i had this hope that he'd believe I was AK with the turn card, but as it turned out he was AQ/A6/33 or 66, so he wasn't going anywhere.
The first TT, I don't like raising as often from the blinds, as I'll end up having to cbet blindly on that A high board for a large amount and a 0% raiser could easily have AK there. River bet was stupid too, I'm getting calling by one or two pocket pairs I beat.
2nd one is more likely a 3 bet, I think I was getting a little tilted due to the 22 play and the TT river raise, but fortunately it was a very good flop.
It gets worse at the QQ hand, lol.I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.
