Default stoploss to move down?

What should it be? any recommendations?

Should it be total BR or how many buy ins in a row you have dropped?

I have dropped about 10 buy ins @ nl25 and am wondering if I should move down or not.

When I move up I like to have a set amount of buyins I can lose before I move back down. This is usually decided by me thinking "at what BR point will I go on life tilt if I run like shit?". If you have a ton of buyins for the level and you reckon you can beat it you may as well just keep going, but if you go below 20 buyins or whatever for the level then just move down.

Confidence is also a great thing so it may be worth moving back down to a level you crush and getting your grove back as it may be.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.
