Ok its early in a 60 cent sit and go 6-max. I am a slight chip leader, and get dealt AQ clubs.
Blinds are 10-20, I raise to 60. 4 people call me.
Flop is AxKc3x. I bet 150, and am called by 1 person.
Turn 3c. I bet 250, and am called again.
River is a blank. I bet 300, the guy goes all-in for a raise of only 180 more.
I call, being pot committed. He flips over a 3-5 offsuit. Obviously a terrible play PF and flop on his part, but did I play it correctly?

Is a hand history in the right forum too much to ask?

I was actually playing at Pitbull Poker. But I don't know how to do hand histories, sorry. Its not that long of a read, and I would appreciate it.

Tournament play + penny poker = all kinds of shit
BUT has a general rule, when the blinds are low, make your preflop raises larger, ESPECIALLY microstakes. Here you raise to minimum 120 preflop. Then you probably don't get 4 callers. Let's say you get 1-2 callers. Then your flop bet should be pot minimum (early in tournament). Here you betted 150/240 pot = 2/3 pot. I would of betted 200-240. Later, when the blinds become larger (say 50-100), 3x BB should be enuff and 2/3 - 3/4 pot continuation bets should be fine.
That's how I would of played it, and it's strickly my opinion.

Please use the Hand Analysis forum for these questions. Hand Histories also help so we can see position as well as a tonne of other relavant information. If you want feedback in the furture, take a few minutes to figure out how to grab and convert it.
Your question in the subject "was I right to call"... you only called once, at the river of his re-raise of 180 with over 800 in the pot, so yes you were right to call. As for how you played... depends... what did you put him on?"People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can't find them, they make them." - George Bernard Shaw

I put him on Kings or a lower ace, until the river when he went all in. And then I knew he had the 3, but I was pot committed.
And I will use the right forum and converter from now on, thanks.

Hm
I would have called out of doubt that he/she actually had a 3. Then again, i'm usually the guy with the 3.
Alot of people would have played it that exact same way.

What pisses me off is that I work so hard to get better, I am reading a book, I am playing a lot online, and coming here, etc. Yet I really don't know if I am getting better. Alot of times I feel like I played it right, but got unlucky. It could just be that I am playing it wrong though, and still haven't gotten better. Its annoying.

worst case scenario he has a set or AK
rest of time he has busted draw or Ax (for a chop)I get more ass than a toilet seat. All shapes/colors/sizes.
