Default HELP! My Tourny play is suffering

Hey guys, I've ran into a problem in my game, I've been playing online for about 2yrs, and for the first 18months I concentrated on tournaments and did ok depending on which site i was with i was ITM 15 - 20 percent of the time. However for the last 6months i've concentrated on ring games and slowly perfecting my strategy which is really just playing tight aggressive and now whenever i decide to sit in a tournament I find myself flustered and generally do not know what to do. I cannot manage to make a smooth transition back to MTT. I know i'm playing scared and just making downright poor decisions but can't work out how to fix it.

Is this a common trap people fall into between the two games and if so who's had this problem and what are some options?

Thanks in advance for any help guys

My tournament strategy is play very tight and wait for big hands early and push when I get them. Depending on my chip stack when the blinds get bigger I will try to steal a few pots.
