    Default raising middle connectors preflop

The situation is that your in late position, in a NL texas holdem,, number of players don't matter. You've established yourself as a true value player who raises pf only when holding an ace with a good kicker or a top pair. OK so your sitting in late position and you get a hand such as 56 34 suited/unsuited doesn't matter. everyone at the table calls BB and you RAISE lets say 3x the pot size. Everyone folds and you get one caller. Now heres the two possible situations,
1st-if the flop comes anything less then 9 and/or you hit your cards or an oesd, raise 3x the pot size again, considering what the other player could of called with pf could be ace to 10 and most likely if they had top pair they woulda raised or reraised pf so you can logically put them on anything from ace to 10(probabley qj k10). your oppenent won't raise here unless he hits any major cards that suit his hand and if an ace comes it will be a huge scare card for him.

2nd-if the flop comes anything 10-ace and he checks, raise, because what else can he put you on other then have hitting your high card seeing how you raised pf and he folds

there is also a larger aspect of pushing a bluff here when his cards do hit, but i was wondering what you guys think about this play, i use it atleast once everytime i play and it was only busted once from a guy who slowplayed pocket kings pf and after the flop and i overplayed the hand after the flop hit my 5 with no high cards.

Well in that case I'm playing the next hand blind and showing it at the end! There's no way I want this reputation.

Raising in a late position is a good play on occasion.
    It's a good player because:
    +It disguises your hand
+You will get more action when you pick up a big pair near the button
+When you check behind on the flop your opponents immdietely put you on a missed AK a lot of times. If you happen to make your draw on the turn you can win a big pot.

    You DON'T raise if:
-The limpers don't have a deep stack.
    -It's likely to eliminate players.
-The player(s) will push with their AA-KK

What you want with these hands is to get AA or KK commited to their overpair.
