Hi everyone. This has been a big issue for me lately. I usually go to the casino and play $4-8 limit. Ok we all know there are major fishes there. Well this paticular weekend I went to a new casino and was really the worst players I have played with. This was an easy pick up of money. But yet I lost $400. And this has been going on for awhile now.

Now, when I play $6-12 or $10-20 limit, I do great. Better players, more money. I love it.

So whats my problem with lower limits? I do not know how to play against weaker players. They will pop up with all kinds of hands and alot of times they think they have 3 of a kind when really they have a full house. So my question to everyone here is, "How do you play against very weak players in low limits?"

I mainly play $2/$4 Limit at my local casino. Yes, most of the folks there are nothing but calling stations. But, that's what makes me money. It is absolutely necessary to be very, very patient and if you go on tilt easily, stay away from these low Limit games. Play only good cards and when you miss, get out early. I never raise pre-flop, even with monsters. The calling stations won't be deterred and will play their J 5 offsuit and too often hit two pair to beat your pocket A's. But, their poor hands miss so often, and they will play them to the river so often, that if play tight, solid poker, you will win.
