I actually cashed in several freerolls in my uber-broker-than-I-am-now period and went deep in shitloads.
The
FTP ones pay only 1% and out of the 2700 literally 2594 are donks, 100 are weak-tight stations who have read a starting hand selection chart, 6 can play well enough to beat the micro stakes.
In the later stages you can actually play some bastard mutated mule-child of poker with blind steals, bluffs, cbets that don't get called by a gutter etc.
Orion - Untrue - in the deep stages bluffing in freerolls is actually worthwhile (honestly to God Almighty Scouts' Honour etc) because-
- the players filter in the early stages into either:
> luckbox donks who survived the earlier crapshoot
> actually semi-decent players (by which I mean capable of beating micro stakes

)
The latter can be bluffed (mostly because they play a low-level solid-but-weak-tight game) and the former get pushed off flops they miss/turn scare cards easily.
Ante-stealing is piss-easy in the late stages too.
