Default Leaks in my game

I am sure these are but a few of my many leaks, lol. I just recently began keeping track of my play, so I only have about 10k hands recorded so far. But I feel this is a good representation of my play.
Basic stats:
VP$P - 36.6%
PFR - 17.33%
PF Ag - 4.7
I don't find the first two bad, but the aggression is apparently way high. I still don't really understand exactly what this number means. Hopefully one of you smart guys out there can educate me.
So I am to aggressive post flop obv. These are the stats that are killing me:
FLBet W$SD - 35%
FLRaise W$SD - 44.44%
I think what this is telling me is I need to check and fold more on the flop!?
What do you think these numbers should be at?
Will my PFAg # go down if I chill out a little post flop?
Thanks for your help and not making me feel like to big of an idiot.

What are we talking here, cash? tourney? 6max? full ring?

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

10k hands isn't a ton but I'll try. 20k is a much better indicator.

Ok 37/17/4.7

- Vpip is too high, way too high imo. It's possible to be a great LAG player with a vpip that high but it takes a special player.
- Preflop raise is not close enough to vpip, which means you are limping too many hands. I can't remember the last time I limped (apart from sb), it's raise or fold (or call if they raise, lol).
- AF is ok, though maybe a tad high if you're not comfortable postflop. Can you break those numbers down street by street for us?
- maybe post the position stats. If you use pokertracker go to the "position" tab and take a screenshot of the numbers.

fwiw, my stats at 50nl 6max are 17/13/4, but I'm slowly working on getting the vpip around the 20 mark.

+1. David hit the nail on the head with this one. Wouldnt worry too much about stats until you hit 20k hands as well.
