Default Restealing in tournaments

I'm trying to improve my tournament game for some stupid reason, lol.

One spot I definitely need to improve on is restealing with garbage.

What sort of situations are ideal? What M? And what about the raisers M and stack sizes of players behind you? What sort of hand do you want? Anything else that is important?

If people have hand examples where they can explain their reasoning then this would make it even better!

IMO the most important factor of restealing is finding someone that steals too much. If they are betting from CO and button each round you can take a stab back at them with atc.

I like restealing with >7m or so because if you do 3-bet and they 4-bet over the top, you have to be able to fold, unless you plan on just reshoving for the resteal which is a whole nother can o worms.
