Even at higher levels, ABC poker is still a huge part. A winning game at almost any level is probably something like 95% ABC, and then there's 5% of "inventive" play which can define big winners (or big losers) in the game.

The advice will only become different when you factor in specific opponents (ie. ones who love to raise a sb limp or those who may be able to easily define a range when you raise/limp from the blinds).

Ping, if you're playing higher up, think up a specific spot with any reads on the table. The advice may be the same, it may be different. As always in poker, the answer is it depends.
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.

I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

I'm fairly aggresive, again depending on the table. I almost never "call"... this is a raise/fold game for me except very rare circumstances such as trapping 3-bullet fireing, all-in maniacs with a monster. Many situations I would just fold and wait for a spot when I'm not OOP (I dont need to play every hand) I would only raise if I strongly suspect I'll take the pot right there, but at least have a drawing hand if I do get called.
