Default $200 tourni on stars

Hey, so as some of you know from my other post, i qualified for the $200 350k guranteed tourni on stars. It is a huge tourni, and i want to play it as best as possible.

So i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on these types of tournaments. There are usually about 2000 people that enter, and there are a lot less bad players.

Should i just stick to the usual mtt strategy, really tight abc poker early rounds open up and play my own game later? Should i try to make more plays/bluffs because better players are proned to make bigger laydowns? Should i get tricky with big hands in order to trap a good player? if anyone could go through maybe a good strategy for this big tourni, it would be much apreciated.

lol i know i could just use the $215 as tourni dollars but i really played that qualifier to make it into this tournament. I want to go for the big win, if i lose oh well $10 well spent in my opinion.

I'd wait for Alex to give advice on this one. I think it'd be a really good idea to play Helmuth/Negreanu style here because the majority of players there will probably be playing by-the-book poker and you could potentially get a very nice chip count playing for cheap flops.

Unregister as JKo said, then use the $T to play in a few more sats.
