SNG bubble, OESD

Heh, semibluffing gone wrong. I wouldn't have called preflop, the value of your connector cards is pretty low right now and T9 isn't all that much better off than 76 or 56 right now

I like the raise on the flop ONLY if there were no PF action. Otherwise, fold PF. Suited, I say call PF and fold the flop to protect your chips even though. Throw in the possibility of SB having QQ or JJ in the hole and you don't look too good here. Calling the flop commits the rest of his chips on the turn.

Well Mike, Bonchkid has one of this "interesting" hands, an unsuited connector - yes, and he decides to see a flop.
Yes Vince, "peach fuzz" got caught with his hand in the cookie jar there. To tell you the truth Vince I don't like this play on the bubble, no need to gamble with a hand like T9.

How is T9 not better 76 or 65 on the flop?

He couldn't have TT-AA he ALWAYS calls those in the SB. Anyways he flipped over AK and I hit a straight on 4th.

But he plays 88, 33, AQ, AJ, KJ, maybe even JT the same way. Your biggest fears are JJ, 88, 33, and QQ. Folding equity is a good reason to raise and if I have him on no pair, I would make this call PF and make the semibluff on the flop.

I like that you trusted your observational read. I just might not play it this way, but if this is my read. I guess I am playing the hand this way in reality.
