All I've ever played online is Sit and Go tournament with a max of 9 players.
It's a long grind down at the bottom... currently with 100 dollars playing the 2 dollar SNG Turbos on FT.
I want to increase the size of my roll quicker without having to move up to a higher buy in.
I think the best thing for me to do would be to play 2-5 dollar MTT on Full Tilt. What do you think are the most important things to consider when adjusting from a regular SNG player to a MTT player?

You just have tighten right up, like you do when your in the first 3 or 4 levels in a SNG, it is even more important in a MTT

So play pretty tight the whole way only playing premium hands in any position and speculative hands in late position against passive players?
At what stage do you start attacking blinds and playing more aggresively?
Near the bubble?
Is chip accumulation important? Or can I go under the radar with an average to below average stack??
I'm just worried about bubble play coin flip scenarios if a guy has me covered... I guess I should avoid those unless I am a short stack 15BB or less.
The MTT frightens me

The main thing you want to maintain the whole tourney is at least 8BB as soon as you start approaching that threshold its getting time to find an Ace and push. For me personally, I will play only premium hands for the first 3 levels, then i slowly start to turn it up from there, if i lose a few pots I will tighten up again, but generally I will maintain my aggressiveness right through the tournament from level 3/4 and upwards. When approaching the bubble don't go into your shell, this is a great time to start attacking blinds because by now the BB's are starting to get pretty high so if you don't start going for it you will just get blinded out to nothing

You said :

-Me, I play selective agressive (Stealing blinds, c bet, etc) regardless of the level of the tourney. If I'm CO with a speculative hand, I'll birng it in for a raise, unless I know I'm facing a calling station. Most of the players are weak tight so they'll call wih K-10 flop A-7-9checked to you, you bet half the pot, folded to you. You hold J-10
At what stage do you start attacking blinds and playing more aggresively?
-Almost any stage. I don't give a shit. If the guy does not defend his blind early on, well, fax it to me.
Near the bubble?
-Very agressive play. But selective. Things are much easier from the button. Don't over do it, people will catch on and reraise you.
Is chip accumulation important? Or can I go under the radar with an average to below average stack??
-Again here, I don't change my plan. Any stage, if I,m average chip stack or more, I am selective agressive. By selective agressive, I take into account my opponent's chip stack, his style of play (loose, tight, passive, maniac, calling station, rock etc) my stack and play accordingly
I'm just worried about bubble play coin flip scenarios if a guy has me covered... I guess I should avoid those unless I am a short stack 15BB or less.
-Yes. IF you can outplay, then, don't get into these situations. If you know you are against a superior opponent, gamble... At least you have a chance to get lucky.
My personnal thoughts :
You adapt to the table
tight table = you loose up
loose table = you tight up
regarless of tight or loose table, you have to be selective agressive
the only time you can play more passively is against calling station that don't know what the fuck they are doing. Then, you can play a bit more passively, carefully, since anyways, they won't be of any danger but you can lose a lot of chips.
