People say bad beats put you on tilt. When I get a bad beat I usually just quit playing for a long while because I know I am angry (and feel like quitting anyways).
Looking back at my recent huge losses, though, most of them happened when I don't have good cards for a long time.
I don't really loose up preflop, though. I still select cards like usual, but whenever the flop looks good to me I become very aggressive (like QQ with no A & K on board). I don't want to fold even if I don't have good confidence winning, and I push all in out of rage. I lose quite big this way many times. (And yes, I have to be pretty unlucky as well or I would have won.)
I guess if I can fix this up I can play much better.
What's your tilt and how do you patch it up?

PLO$2 is without a doubt the best place to tilt. You can spew all in every hand and still have decent equity.
For Free Money, Rakeback and some 6x Ongame bonuses, I recommend PokerSource.
I recommend Cardrunners for superb poker coaching. It was honestly the single biggest improvement in my game signing up there! Sign-up fee might seem steep, but it pays itself back within weeks.

my tilt is obv turning into an over aggro donk at LHE refusing to believe that my A3o can possibly be beat by that passive guy who never bets or raises and who has currently capped the turn.
what is worse(or better, i dunno) is that i know exactly when im on tilt but i still wont stop playing like a complete idiot.
tilt relief has recently been the $3.40 turbos on Stars where i can obv do no wrong. For the best rakeback rates, greatest choice of poker rooms, more promotions, tournaments and bigger $$$ freerolls than any other rakeback affiliate, visit RakeTheRake, one of the largest and most reputable poker rakeback affiliates in the world.
