About LinkBackshelp what am i doing wrong ive droped 23 dollars in 2 days playing 3 dollar sit n goes my bank roll used to be 50 then i worked it up to 100 now im back down to 23 everything i do just seems to be going wrong,
ill post a few hands so your analysis. thanks in advance and please help asap!

it just got worse someone put in a 120 raise on a tournament, i had pocket jacks and re-raised to 600, they then put all in
i called they had pocket 6s! here comes the flop, thats right a 6
kk heres that hand i was after from earlier ive droped 33 dollars in 2 days now and for a bank roll of 100 thats pritty critical! almost fatal.

You don't need to put any hand histories. It looks like you are playing over your bankroll. What tournaments are you playing? What level cash? Sit-n-Gos?

i have a bank roll of 67 dollars now, used to be 100 dollars. Im on party poker so the lowest limit Sit n goes i can play is 3 dollars and the lowest cash buy in is, nl 0.02 cent 0.04 cent blinds with a max of 5 dollar buy ins. So what should i do know ive worked it out and out of those 33 dollars 21 dollars has been lost on bad beats eg kings v King jack suited and them hitting a flush! 2 pair v pocket 5s and then hitting running clubs to give them a flush.
and i knew someone was bluffing at a pot they put me all in they had Ace high like i thought they did i had 7s and they hit an ace on the river.
what limits should i play at now quit the sit n goes?

Play the cash without trying any fancy shit, straight up ABC poker will yield profit.

If you started with $100 and only risked 3% in SnGs and 5% in tourneys then you could do a lot worse bankroll management wise.

So just play the low limit 5 dollar buy in tables and crack away at them for a bit?
On a side note my luck seems to of changed just played a party points 250pp buy in tourny im in the top 80 now
and still going a bit short stacked but doing alrite
