Default horribly played hand, but easy fold on river?

    http://www.pokerhand.org/index.php?page=view&hand=43796

wasnt that easy for me i took clock down to 2 seconds. every hand beats me though, but its just hard folding that lol

flop i thought i had him and was gonna raise on turn.

turn fucking sucked and he made a nice bet that i thought was KK and could still have AA so i just called again

river every hand beats me and i have to fold

    what you think?

Good fold, that's all i can say. Most people wouldn't be able to get away from that. Way to save some chips.

slowplaying cost you, at some point (flop or turn) you have to show strength and take down what is already a decent pot.

    Easy fold, too easy.

You are pretty sure hes playing a good ace, giving the PF action and the Flop bet, The flush draw may be live for him. I think raising on the flop would have been the best idea, because we're assuming hes got a good Ace, he'll push back again, now or on a later street.

What did it cost him? Slowplaying probably saved him.

True, but I think thats a results oriented approach.

That said, I dont think Slowplaying is as bad as we made it out to be. I dont think raising earlier is wrong either.

    this time it saved me...

like i said, i was playing to raise the turn until that ugly K hit. he made a nice bet that could easily be KK so i wasnt sure what to do.

only reason i called on flop because i was planning to raise turn, but that K slowed me down
