This is a 45 man Sit N Go, this guy has personally knocked out 11 players in the first level by going all in every time. I've never seen someone get 11,000 chips in the first level, ever. I wasn't in this hand but thought I'd share it anyway. The only reason I have so many chips is because I hit AA against him.

What would be the correct way to play against someone as wreckless as this is basically my question. I've run into a fair number of them and always seem to play it different each time.
Edit: The guy just finished in 21st place. Wow.

just play really tight early, which is the correct strategy in any SnG, wait for premium hands, double up, take it down
