Default reasons to raise part 2

TT what would you do and why in each situation

UTG the table has 4-6 people seeing the flop for 1-2 bets

UTG the table has 1-3 people seeing the flop for 2 bets and every pot is usually raised but only re-raised with AA, KK, or QQ

middle position and a semi-loose EP player has raised (he will call to the bitter end)

MP but a decent EP player has raised and been called by a super loose player

on the button with 2 limpers and tight blinds

on the button with 4 limpers and tight blinds

    1. Call...you're playing this for set value only and with this many people in you'll get plenty of action if you hit.

    2. Raise...this will limit the field enough to where your pair should be playing in best-possible conditions. It'll also give you a warning light if an overpair re-raises.

    3. Re-raise...textbook isolation play against the table ATM.

    4. Re-raise again...you need to shut out anyone else from coming in and this will also force the tight EP player to further define his hand.

    5. Raise, try to shut the blinds out and keep the field small to reduce the vulnerability of your tens.

    6. Call...you're not going to reduce the field that far here so you're playing for set value essentially. Let more people come in so that if you hit there's more victims to bet their second-best hands.
