OK, MTT you have about 2k in your stack, playing ok, The player on your right has been mainly riase or fold, rarely limps, he has been taking down a lot of pots uncontested with pot size or less bets on ragged flops that should have missed his PF raise.
He raises 3bb's (180), you call with![]()
.
Flop is![]()
![]()
He bets about 1/3 of the pot, You do min raise to see wherre he really is, He pushes in for about 2 pots, what do you do??

i would have folded preflop, but if I did see the flop for some reason I'm letting him have it, that unusual small bet by him scares me, 99? or A2 maybe?

Fold preflop your position sucks here, you won't catch anyone in the middle if you hit your set. I'm folding the flop, it looks like 99-QQ and even KK-AA isnt out of the question. Its possible he's making a move with AKo but its not worth risking it I think...

With low pocket pairs, you really only want to see a flop if you can limp in with several other limpers if you're a some what loose player. I personally throw away pretty much any pocket pair lower than tens unless I'm in the small blind with several other limpers. Even then it's a no set no bet mentality.

It think he called too much of his stack, but I don't understand why you would call a 5% raise with any pocket pair.

Are you going to ask them about raising ATs pre-flop then going all-in over-the-top of your opponent on a flop of 922?

i think u should call him all in...cause no one would raise with low cards especially with card like A9...and people usually dun raise pre flop with a 99 cause and 10, J, Q, K, A would beat his hand...the flop was very good for u...
