I was at a tournament on sunday at a local casino no rebuys 108 players. I ended up at the final table with a short stack. Due to the blinds being raised drastically I ended up being the shortest stack. I am already in the money. I had pocket 6s and am the button. There was an all in and two calls both of them have more chips than me and if the all in looses I step up one more position in the money. I thought they might have over cards AXs etc which eventually they had and I thought I should fold my pocket pair (6s) which I did. The winner of the hand was with As high. I know I should not play based on results but what do you all think I should have done? went all in with my 6s or the fold was a right move?
I ended up being blinded and took 8th place in the tournament.

All in and 2 calls I would definitely fold.
